RARE was founded by Caroline Fiori and Michel Normann in Copenhagen, Denmark, two trusted advisors with more than two decades of experience working with leading companies within the luxury and lifestyle industries.
After many years of working with international brands and established advisory firms, they shared a common ambition: to create a more dynamic, personal, and value-driven approach to executive search and organisational advisory.
